Born from a love for the Cederberg.

Born from a deep love for the Cederberg Mountains, this retreat was created as a space for couples to reconnect and experience the landscape in its purest form.

After returning home from time spent in the United States, I felt called to build something meaningful. In 2021, on our family farm, in a secluded corner better suited to stillness than farming, I began developing this eco-conscious cabin by hand. With perseverance, research, and the support of close friends, the vision became reality, and in 2023 I welcomed my first guests.

Designed intentionally for two, the cabin blends quietly into its surroundings. It offers privacy, simplicity, and space to disconnect from daily noise, where mornings are slow, conversations uninterrupted, and evenings unfold beneath vast, star-filled skies.

I personally welcome each guest and remain available throughout your stay. For me, hosting is about care, presence, and creating an experience that feels effortless and special.
